To continue our alignment with the World Tae Kwon Do Federation we have made some changes to the forms in our testing requirements.  Considerable discussion took place with the other UFTI instructors and I've made the change they suggested.  Please check out the Forms tab to see the changes.

Looking forward to seeing everyone at our first class for the new year, Thursday, September 2nd!  We have a new and exciting year to look forward to! 

 In House Tournament!

We will have an in house tournament in September or October! 

This tournament is open to any active student in our program!  Divisions will be based on rank and age. 

Competitions will be in forms, 3-point free sparring, and weapons.  (Weapons competition is open to anyone orange belt and above)

The cost to participate in the tournament is $20 per person.  Visitors are free!

Awards will be gold, silver, and bronze medals for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places in each division.

Full uniform, sparring gear, mouth piece, and cup for males are required.

 Remember to practice at home too as it will help teach your body and give you muscle memory and be better prepared for the test!
